Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the water in a kettle.
  2. Pour the boiling water into a medium or large glass measuring cup.
  3. Add the dried butterfly pea flowers to the hot water and stir gently.
  4. Steep for about 3-5 minutes to achieve desired color.
  5. Strain the tea using a mesh strainer into another glass or bowl.
  6. Add sweetener and lime or lemon juice to taste and stir.
  7. Pour the tea over glasses filled with ice and enjoy.
