Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie
  • 3 pieces plum mangoes, peeled and pitted Also known as mango plums or marian plums.
  • 1/2 piece tangerine, peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 piece green apple, cored
  • 5 leaves kale, chopped, stems removed For a smoother blend.
  • 1/2 piece kiwifruit, peeled
  • 1/2 cup coconut water Can substitute with almond milk for creaminess.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Freeze the peeled mangoes and kiwifruit for about 2 hours before blending.
  2. Add the frozen fruit and fresh kale to the blender first.
  3. Pour in coconut water (or almond milk) next.
  4. Blend on low for about 30 seconds, then increase to high speed and blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding honey and blending again.
  6. Serve immediately, garnishing with a slice of kiwi or kale leaves if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe, organic fruits. Consider making smoothie packs for easy preparation. Adjust thickness by adding more coconut water or greens as needed.
